Windows 10 build 17134 in the Slow ring doesn’t introduce new features, but it signals that the preview already passed a number of tests to be considered a final candidate. Microsoft isn’t saying if this flight will roll out in waves, which means that it should be available for anyone enrolled in the Slow ring. If everything works as expected, we may soon see build 17134 in the Release Preview ring, and once the company can ensure that is stable enough, then it’ll rollout as Windows 10 version 1803 to everyone in the coming days.

Although there are no ISO files for Windows 10 build 17134, the update is available immediately through the Slow ring for PCs. This preview build will download and install automatically on your device, but you can always force the update from Settings > Update & security > Windows Update and clicking the Check for updates button.
