According to the company, build 18841 doesn’t introduces new features, only a set of fixes already available in the latest 19H1 builds. While participants of the program with devices in the Skip Ahead lane are getting build 18841 today, Microsoft explains some features coming next year need a longer lead time. Once the April 2019 Update becomes available, testers will once again receive previews for the 19H2 development. Although there are no ISO files for Windows 10 build 18841, the update is available immediately through the Fast ring with the Skip Ahead option enabled. This preview build will download and install automatically on your device, but you can always force the update from Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and clicking the Check for updates button.
