The newly leaked build is not expected to include any major changes, as Microsoft has repeatedly said that Windows 10 is complete and the team is mainly focus on crushing bugs to get the operating system ready for launch on July 29th. Windows 10 build 10147 seems to be a partner build and not a build that Microsoft was planning to release to Windows Insiders. While the download links to grab the ISO files can be as easy as doing a search online, I don’t like to leak versions, as it’s not recommended to install unofficial versions of Windows and Microsoft don’t offer any type of support for leaks.
