Basically the app adds basic video editor that allows you to create 60-seconds clips with music background and captions. Then when you’re done with the video, you can share on Facebook, OneDrive, email, or to any other place that is supported via Share in Windows Phone. 

Editing videos is also a piece of cake, simply hit the record to create a video as long as you want, trim down to 60 seconds, add a comment and/or background music, preview the video, then save it and share it. That simple. Movie Moments is a great little app and really easy to use, besides you being able to create and share clips within the app, you can also edit pre-recorded videos located in your Camera Roll folder.
