KB3206309 bumps the build number to 14986.1001, Microsoft titled the update “Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version Next for x64-based Systems (14986) (KB3206309)”, but the list of changes isn’t yet available. However, the description pointed out by Windows Update indicates that KB3206309 is simply a security update, and it doesn’t include any additional features or further enhancements. Windows 10 build 14986.1001 comes out only days after Microsoft made this flight available through the Slow ring. In addition, the company also said that there won’t be any new test preview for the Creators Updates until early 2017. Eventually, Microsoft will make the changes for KB3206309 available in its support site.
